What does RotaMG do?

We build systems that do your busy work for you. We use n8n to connect your apps. When an app can't do the job, we build a custom tool with Claude Code.

What tools do you use?

We mainly use two tools. n8n links your apps together, like plumbing for your software. Claude Code is an AI tool that writes custom code when an app can't do the job on its own. If a different tool fits your business better, we can use that instead.

What can you automate?

We often build three things: CRM cleanup, invoice reminders, and review requests. But that's not the full list. If your team repeats a task by hand, we can probably build a system for it. Tell us what slows you down, and we'll take a look.

How do we work together?

First, we talk about your business. Next, we map out your steps and plan a fix. Then we build and test it. Once it works, we keep it running for you, so you never have to manage it alone. We can also meet with you on a set schedule to check in and make updates as your business changes.

Who is the right fit?

Any business, small or large, that wants to spend less time on busy work. If your team repeats the same tasks by hand, we can probably help.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We explain everything in plain words. You tell us the problem. We build the system, show you how it works, and keep it running so you don't have to think about it.

About the Founder

My name is Gavin. I worked at a small staffing company serving the Florida government, where I found ways to automate parts of my own role using AI. Over time, I began working with our founder to add these automations to other parts of the business.

Once I saw how much time and stress those systems saved the team, I knew this was something other small businesses needed too. So I started working with businesses in my community to build the same kind of systems for them.

Our mission is simple: help small businesses use AI to make their team's work easier and give owners more time to focus on what's important to you.
